Our Parts team is responsible for thriving in a retail environment, overseeing sales processes from start to finish. This role takes pride in the look and shopability of our store, playing matchmaker between customer and part/accessory to deliver a high-quality, personable experience to each customer that walks into the store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reflect the fun, unique culture and environment of our company.
  • Being a key player in store inventory management
  • Presentation of our store is a daily effort.
  • Communication with customers on the status of ordered parts.
  • Receive payment from retail customers and obtain credit authorization, ensuring all information is correctly entered into dealer management system.
  • Other duties as assigned.
