Position Title: Title Clerk/Office Assistant
Reports to: Office Manager
Compensation: $18-$22/hr based on experience

Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Title Clerk/Office Assistant to provide administrative support services to our Office team. The successful candidate will undertake a range of duties to ensure the smooth running of the office and support in meeting their objectives. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and processing all documents related to the purchase of a new or pre-owned unit in accordance with TGORV guidelines.
  • Checking for completeness and accuracy of all required forms.
  • Preparing and mailing all title work documents to counties. Also includes preparing checks for DMV title work processing and processing titles at the DMV when necessary.
  • Maintaining lienholder paperwork.
  • Handling county and customer phone calls regarding title work.
  • Processing temporary tags for customers.
  • Helping with daily deposits, registering trailers with manufacturers, and preparing checks for monthly bills as assigned.
  • Scanning files into our server maintaining all customer information according to TGORV guidelines, and assisting with yearly file audits as necessary.
  • Be willing and able to learn any administrative duties assigned including processing and posting deals.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Previous Title Clerk experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Excellent literacy/proofreading skills to ensure accuracy of information provided for each customer deal.
  • Acute attention to detail and excellent organizational skills are required.
